Same-Day Dispatch
Orders validated before 10:30 am are dispatched the same day. After this time, orders ship the next working day.
How we ship your order
Once an order has been processed by our fulfilment center, shipping is estimated as follows.

Your wooden piece is carefully packed in our workshop within 1–3 business days.
Shipped Out
Your package is handed to the carrier and you receive a tracking number by email.
Delivered
Your order arrives at your door. Large items may require a signature upon delivery.

How does delivery to France work?
Deliveries are made through Laposte Colissimo followed 48/72h for France. Orders are delivered to the post office within 24 hours (working days, Monday to Friday) after validation of your order. Orders validated before 10:30 am will be dispatched the same day. After this time, orders will be shipped the next working day. With each shipment, you will receive a confirmation email including the details of your order as well as the tracking for your package
I haven't received my package yet — what should I do?
Check the tracking number we send by email as soon as your order ships – you can follow your parcel with the carrier from there. If the estimated delivery time above has passed and your parcel doesn't seem to be moving, and it has been entrusted to La Poste for more than 10 days, contact La Poste directly: complete the online contact form, dial 3631, or go to the post office closest to you. Are there any shipping costs?
Delivery within France is free for orders over €40. For other countries, shipping costs depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
