In ancient times, a structure just like this one was how you entered a fortress – a massive gate with wide doors that swing outward. In this set it's built from three sections and 296 wooden pieces across 39 different shapes.
Assembly
- 296 pieces across 39 shapes, hardwood
- Three sections, joined without glue via precise notches
- Step-by-step guide with true-to-size illustrations
- Alternate builds from the same pieces: a 4x4 vehicle or a tank
Care
- Dust with a dry cloth or soft brush
- Avoid moisture and direct sunlight
- Never wash with water or clean with solvents
- Take the model apart and rebuild it gently, to avoid wearing the notches
Assembly is a genuine exercise in focus and patience, with a nice bonus: the same set of pieces can also be built into a 4x4 vehicle or a tank. A rewarding gift for a child who loves seeing a challenging project through.
