Shipping Times

We deliver our product from our fulfillment center in France.

Once an order has been processed by our fulfillment center, shipping is estimated as:


GERMANY: 2-4 Working Days

UNITED KINGDOM: 2-4 Working Days

REST OF EUROPE: 3-10 Working Days

USA/Canada:  5-10 Working Days

Australia: 7-10 Working Days

Delivery timeframes do not include holidays, delays experienced with customs clearance at the border or local carriers so please bear this in mind when placing your order.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only.

Customs Fees, Import Duties and/or Taxes

Customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If you require further information about your country’s taxes / duties, please contact your local customs or other relevant authorities directly.

Providing Correct Shipping Information

It is the customers responsibility to provide correct shipping details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries because of address errors. Examples of this are: forgetting a house number, misspelling, putting information in the wrong box such as writing the street name in the ‘city’ box, etc. Orders which will have to be sent a second time because of these errors, the extra shipping cost will be paid by the customer.


If you do need to return your order, you will need to:

  1. Notify us that you would like to return the product through our contact form.
  2. Package your item securely to ensure the product is returned in a good condition. They can only be returned if they are completely unused.
  3. Return your product to us within 14 days from the date you received it.
  4. Send us proof of shipping (shipping/postal receipt)

If the product is returned in good condition, you will be refunded your entire order amount.

*Please note that returns shipping costs are non-refundable.

Received Damaged Order

In the unfortunate case that your order has arrived damaged, please send your query along with photographic evidence within 3 days of receiving your order through our contact form. We will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible, with a suitable solution.

Delivery to FRANCE:

Deliveries are made through Laposte Colissimo followed 48/72h for France.

Orders are delivered to the post office within 24 hours (working days, Monday to Friday) after validation of your order.

Orders validated before 10:30 a.m. will be dispatched the same day. After this time, orders will be shipped the next working day.

If the deadline of 48/72h after shipment is not respected, we cannot be held responsible, it depends solely on the delivery services mentioned above. 48H is an indicative delivery time.

With each shipment, you will receive a confirmation email including the details of your order as well as the
tracking your package.

I haven’t received my package yet: what should I do?

First, check the package tracking on the site.

For this, you must have the tracking number that the sender must be able to communicate to you.

You should have received a confirmation email following your order. If you think you haven’t received it, also check your spam.

Between 1 and 2 business days late

The deadlines are well respected but transport incidents are always possible, for example due to a breakdown of the vehicle, the occurrence of bad weather, due to a sorting error. In these situations, please be patient, we are doing everything we can to deliver your package quickly.

More than 4 working days since the parcel was sent

Such a delay is quite rare, but it is possible that your parcel has suffered from an incident requiring repair of its packaging or that it is not possible to deliver it (detachment of the label bearing the address, incorrect address written or incomplete, difficulties in accessing the address, etc.).

Alert our customer service, for example by using the online contact form . An investigation will be launched in the last site where the parcel was seen and in the one where it should then be. If an attempt to deliver your package has already been made, an investigation will be launched at the post office in your area to check whether your package has not been pending there.

If the parcel has been entrusted to the services of La Poste by the e-commerce site for more than 10 days, contact La Poste to continue the search, for this you just need to:
